Time Zone issue while starting management Agent:

Agents fails to start or

Error: tzoffset for aisa/dubai is (0), but agent is rinning with tzoffset 120(min)
Cause: ORA_TZFILE may be set to different ORACLE_HOME

So unset this file
1. echo $ORA_TZFILE
2. unset OTA_TZFILE
3. start the agent
